My background in customer service has led me
to becoming a marriage celebrant. Over the last
six years I have performed almost 500 weddings
and sharing such special occasions with so many
lovely couples is what I love to do more than
anything I have ever done before!
My work background includes:
* running a corporate design business
* training as a Life Coach
* membership of Toastmasters International
* copywriting, proofreading and editing
* operating a tour guiding service around Sydney
* creating humorous tributes for special occasions
A portable PA system, as well as a table and chair for the signing are included in the cost of your ceremony. I also cater for last-minute emergencies, with a supply of breath fresheners, a sewing kit, from tissues to sticky tape, to make sure that nothing detracts from the big day.
Languages spoken
With a basic knowledge of Spanish, French and German I would be happy to perform part of your ceremony in one of those languages. With other languages I enjoy performing the Giving Away or a welcome, for example, in your parents’ native tongue. While I am not fluent in any language I am able to pronounce the words from other languages effectively, with your help!
River Celebrations
I live on the lower Hawkesbury River, so if you are planning to get married on the river I have my own boat and I am able to make my own way to your celebration, saving you the expense of a water taxi.
